As a Fully Remote Marketing Assistant, you will help our parent company become the leading immigration firm in New England region by solidifying its online footprint through expansion of its social media channels and websites. You will also be responsible for engaging current and past clients to build on customer loyalty and enhance Massa Viana's brand.
A competitive applicant will be proactive in getting the job done. The applicant will have excellent English and Spanish skills—Spanish is a plus—as well as keen attention to detail, ability to receive and implement constructive criticism, and creative and technical skills. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Director to support and execute a variety of marketing initiatives across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Assist the Marketing Director with day-to-day marketing activities
- Stay organized and manage multiple projects at once
- Edit engaging video content (Reels, ads, testimonials, etc.)
- Design and create graphics using Photoshop
- Create social media posts, flyers, brochures, and ad creatives
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Manage and update website content (WordPress experience preferred)
- Publish blog posts and landing pages
- Basic understanding of SEO (keywords, meta descriptions, etc.)
- Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and content creation
- Help build automations for email and marketing campaigns
- Manage and grow social media platforms
- Create content calendars
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
- Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor ad performance and adjust targeting and budgets
- Build email lists and send newsletters
Requirements: Undergraduate degree with one (1) year of relevant experience or high school diploma with at least three (2) years of relevant experience. Excellent English—both written and oral— skills. Spanish a plus.
This is a remote position. Therefore, you must have a computer in working order, smart phone, and quality internet connection, among other tools.
