We're looking for a marketing leader who can operate at both the strategic and executional level. Someone who understands how to build and drive marketing strategy across a portfolio of clients, align internal teams around clear objectives, and ensure every campaign is rooted in data, audience insight, and measurable outcomes.

You'll own the marketing direction for our client portfolio, working closely with the Creative Director, Account Managers, and media buying team to ensure strategies are well-defined, properly resourced, and consistently executed. This role requires the ability to think in systems, lead cross-functional teams, and connect marketing investment to business results.

Core Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and own marketing strategies across the client portfolio, translating business objectives into clear, channel-specific marketing plans
  • Lead campaign planning across paid media, organic social, email, SEO, and content, ensuring each channel is working toward defined client goals
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to inform strategic direction
  • Define KPIs, track performance across accounts, and use data to continuously refine strategy

Team Leadership & Execution Oversight

  • Provide strategic direction to Account Managers, Content Strategists, and the media buying team, ensuring everyone is aligned and executing against the plan
  • Create and present marketing plans to clients and team members before they go live
  • Identify gaps in execution, messaging, or performance and drive corrective action across teams
  • Mentor and develop team members on marketing thinking, strategic frameworks, and performance analysis

Collaboration & Client Engagement

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Creative Director, Art Director, and production team to ensure marketing strategy is reflected in creative output
  • Participate in client-facing strategy presentations, campaign reviews, and growth planning sessions
  • Provide strategic input on brand positioning and repositioning projects across the portfolio

Qualifications

  • Fluent English proficiency (mandatory): you will lead internal strategy sessions and participate in client-facing presentations
  • 5+ years in a senior marketing role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity at a digital marketing or creative agency
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing including paid media, organic social, SEO, email, and content marketing
  • Proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience aligning cross-functional teams around a shared strategy
  • Data-driven decision maker who is comfortable owning performance reporting and using it to optimize campaigns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate strategy clearly to both internal teams and clients
