Role Overview

As a Medicaid Specialist, you will support our clients and internal teams with Medicaid eligibility research, claims analysis, enrollment workflows, and compliance documentation. This is a fully remote, full-time position open to candidates located anywhere in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and verify Medicaid eligibility requirements across multiple U.S. states
  • Assist with Medicaid enrollment applications and renewal processes
  • Review and analyze Medicaid claims for accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain and update compliance documentation and internal knowledge bases
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based team members via Slack, Zoom, and project management tools
  • Track regulatory changes and flag updates relevant to client operations
  • Support quality assurance processes for Medicaid-related deliverables

Required Qualifications

  • Professional-level English fluency (written and spoken)
  • Experience with U.S. Medicaid programs, eligibility rules, or healthcare compliance
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
  • Availability to overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours (at least 4 hours)

  • Prior experience working remotely for a U.S.-based company
  • Familiarity with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS)
