Role Overview
As a Medicaid Specialist, you will support our clients and internal teams with Medicaid eligibility research, claims analysis, enrollment workflows, and compliance documentation. This is a fully remote, full-time position open to candidates located anywhere in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and verify Medicaid eligibility requirements across multiple U.S. states
- Assist with Medicaid enrollment applications and renewal processes
- Review and analyze Medicaid claims for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and update compliance documentation and internal knowledge bases
- Collaborate with U.S.-based team members via Slack, Zoom, and project management tools
- Track regulatory changes and flag updates relevant to client operations
- Support quality assurance processes for Medicaid-related deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Professional-level English fluency (written and spoken)
- Experience with U.S. Medicaid programs, eligibility rules, or healthcare compliance
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
- Availability to overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours (at least 4 hours)

- Prior experience working remotely for a U.S.-based company
- Familiarity with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS)
