WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Senior BI Specialist with strong experience in SAP BusinessObjects and modern analytics tools to support and evolve enterprise reporting environments while contributing to an ongoing BI modernization journey.

This professional will play a key role in maintaining the stability and performance of legacy SAP BO reporting solutions, while also supporting the transition toward Qlik Sense as the target analytics platform.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with strong analytical thinking and the ability to operate effectively in structured corporate environments. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to both operational stability and strategic transformation initiatives.

• ️ Advanced English is required (daily interaction with global teams).

• ️ Experience in corporate environments with governance and structured processes is highly valued.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support and continuous improvement for SAP BusinessObjects (BO) reports, ensuring performance, stability, and data quality.

• Maintain and enhance existing reports, including refresh issue resolution, prompt adjustments, and post-Universe modification validations.

• Analyze and optimize BO queries, applying database performance best practices.

• Act as a technical advisor during the initial phase of BI modernization, supporting the transition from SAP BO to Qlik Sense.

• Develop dashboards and analytical visualizations in Qlik Sense aligned with business requirements.

• Contribute to technical assessments and improvement recommendations during the migration journey.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects (BO), especially in legacy environments.

• Strong understanding of database querying and report performance optimization.

• Experience developing dashboards in Qlik Sense.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to operate in evolving or transitional environments.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in BI migration or modernization projects.

• Knowledge of data modeling for analytical tools.

• Experience working in exploratory environments, PoCs, or early-stage transformation initiatives.
