️PURPOSE

The OT Security Manager will lead the development and execution of cybersecurity strategy for Operational Technology environments, establishing an OT Security Center of Excellence and driving best practices. Your responsibilities include deploying and managing the Claroty platform to enhance visibility, risk management, and secure remote access across industrial sites. You will collaborate with operations, engineering, IT, and executive stakeholders to ensure secure and compliant industrial environments, manage a team of cybersecurity engineers, and act as a strategic advisor for digital transformation. You will monitor evolving threats, guide investment decisions, and foster a security-by-design culture while managing risks related to connectivity, IACS, and third-party integrations.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks relevant to OT (NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001).
• Knowledge of network architecture, segmentation, and firewalling in OT networks.
• Understanding of OT environments, protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, DNP3), and systems (e.g., SCADA, DCS, PLCs).
• Hands-on knowledge of Claroty platform (especially xDome and SRA) would be a plus
• Familiarity with legacy OT systems and their cybersecurity limitations.
• Proficiency in risk assessment, threat modeling, and vulnerability management specific to OT.
• Understanding of IT/OT convergence and hybrid cybersecurity strategies.
• English: Professional fluency required (spoken and written).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the development and implementation of the OT Security Center of Excellence, setting standards for operational technology cybersecurity.
• Drive the deployment and integration of Claroty xDome and Secure Remote Access (SRA) solutions across multiple industrial sites.
• Expand and enhance OT cybersecurity services and capabilities, ensuring alignment with recognized industry frameworks such as NIST and IEC 62443.
• Support the rollout of cybersecurity service portfolios in OT environments, including activities such as testing, assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Collaborate closely with cybersecurity, engineering, and operations teams to deliver comprehensive security across converged IT/OT environments.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of security policies, procedures, and training programs tailored to OT environments.
• Lead remediation efforts to address security findings in both legacy and modern OT systems.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting dashboards to measure the effectiveness of the OT cybersecurity program.
• Oversee vendor management and assess third-party risks related to OT systems and services.
• Monitor emerging threat landscapes and implement proactive security measures to safeguard OT environments.
