About the Position

We are looking for an Organizational & Leadership Development Specialist to focus on leadership development, consistency in people-related decisions, and the evolution of organizational maturity within a technology company environment. This role will be responsible for conducting diagnostics, providing structured follow-up on action plans, and supporting strategic decisions related to leadership performance and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the execution of team and leadership health checks, identifying risks, priorities, and development opportunities;
  • Lead leadership development initiatives and provide structured follow-up on action plans;
  • Translate data and inputs from People specialist teams into clear and actionable recommendations for leaders;
  • Act as a bridge between business areas and People specialists;
  • Work autonomously alongside People specialist teams (Talent Acquisition, Performance, Onboarding, Engagement, and Communication), ensuring consistency in process execution;
  • Partner with Learning & Development on internal development initiatives, aligned with leadership and Organizational Development directions.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience with team diagnostics and leadership development;
  • Background in technology companies or fast-growing environments;
  • Solid knowledge of Leadership Development and Performance Management;
  • Ability to interpret People data and support decision-making;
  • Advanced or fluent English;
  • Availability for recurring travel to São Paulo (approximately one week per month).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in People structuring projects (Performance Review, Organizational Design, Career Structure);
  • Experience working in environments with multiple locations or distributed teams.
