We are hiring high-performing Remote Telemarketer / Outreach Representatives to support outbound communication for a U.S.based insurance business.
This is a remote contractor role for professionals who are confident communicating in English and operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment. You will be responsible for engaging with leads, handling objections, and maintaining consistent activity levels.
This is not an entry-level or passive role. We are specifically looking for individuals who are comfortable with cold outreach, can handle pressure, and are committed to meeting daily performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform outbound calls to existing and aged leads using a structured sales approach
- Maintain high daily call activity and consistent outreach performance
- Follow scripts and adapt messaging based on lead responses
- Handle and overcome objections confidently and professionally
- Accurately update lead information and call outcomes in the system
- Maintain clear and professional communication with potential customers
- Meet daily activity and performance expectations set by the team
- Transfer qualified leads based on campaign requirements
- Maintain professionalism and compliance on every call
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and listening) with clear pronunciation
- Confidence speaking on the phone with U.S.-based prospects
- Minimum 3 months of outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales experience (required)
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain energy throughout the day
- Strong communication skills and discipline in a performance-driven environment
- Quiet and professional home office setup
- Reliable high-speed internet (wired connection required)
- Full-time availability during U.S. business hours
Compensation
- Independent contractor position
- Compensation paid in USD
- Hourly rate: $5 USD
- Monthly expected Comp: $ 800 USD
