People Operations Coordinator / Coordenador(a) de Departamento Pessoal (São Paulo e região ou Florianópolis)

Responsible for directly leading and managing the operational and strategic People Operations activities at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the People Ops team (1:1s, feedback, development plans) and provide direction for daily activities.

  • Oversee team performance indicators and propose process improvements and automation.

  • Maintain and review internal control spreadsheets and the management platform.

  • Stay up to date with labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements (CCT).

  • Conduct annual market salary research.

  • Liaise with external accounting and legal partners on labor-related matters.

  • Conduct training sessions for teams and leadership.

  • Manage the payroll process.

  • Oversee hiring and termination processes.

  • Manage and monitor employment contracts and amendments.

  • Administer the benefits program, vacation process, and time tracking controls.

  • Organize occupational health routines.

  • Provide operational coverage during vacations or absences within the team.

  • Support employees with inquiries related to People & Culture activities.

  • Assist in processes across other People & Culture subsystems: Talent Acquisition and People Experience.

Basic Requirements:

  • Reside in the Greater São Paulo area or in Florianópolis (the work is primarily remote, with occasional on-site presence required).
  • Previous experience in People Operations.

  • Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation.

  • Strong analytical and concentration skills.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Advanced English proficiency.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in a related field.

  • Experience with the HiBob platform.

  • Previous experience in technology or consulting companies.
