As People Ops Analyts you are responsible for directly supporting Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s AI People Ops operational activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating and maintaining tracking spreadsheets and internal systems;

  • Preparing hiring, termination, and amendment documentation and ensuring proper distribution;

  • Supporting benefits programs and partnerships;

  • Managing medical certificates and leave records;

  • Assisting with vacation tracking and management;

  • Supporting workforce time tracking and team productivity monitoring;

  • Assisting with occupational health routines;

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes;

  • Providing support to CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention);

  • Supporting payroll processes;

  • Assisting employees with questions related to People & Culture activities;

  • Supporting other People & Culture subsystems, including Talent Acquisition and People Experience.

Basic Requirements:

  • Strong concentration and analytical skills;

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;

  • Good organizational and time management skills;

  • Advanced English proficiency.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in People & Culture (HR);

  • Experience with the HiBob platform;

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields;
  • Experience in technology companies and/or consulting firms.
