Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is looking for a PlatformAdmin to join our team and bring the analytics practice to the next level. In this role, you will be at the heart of the definition and implementation of world-class analytics solutions, and you will contribute to set data as a strategic advantage for Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados).YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Platform Administration & Governance
Administer and configure Collibra Data Governance platform, including workflows, roles, and metadata management.
Maintain Snowflake environment: manage roles, warehouses, resource monitors, and performance tuning.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and security standards across platforms.
System Monitoring & Observability
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity using Monte Carlo and native cloud tools.
Proactively identify and resolve operational, performance, and cost-related issues.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in cloud environments.
Pipeline & Orchestration
Support Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
Manage Dagster orchestration for data workflows and ensure reliability of ETL/ELT processes.
Identity & Access Management
Administer user and service identities using Microsoft Entra and enforce RBAC across SaaS applications.
Implement least privilege principles for all platform components.
Configuration & Patch Management
Maintain secure configurations for cloud resources aligned with compliance standards.
Apply patches and updates to platform components to mitigate vulnerabilities.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
4 + years Experience administering SaaS applications such as:
Collibra (workflows, roles, metadata) and other data catalog platforms.
Snowflake (performance tuning, security, resource management).
Strong programming skills in SQL and Python.
Familiarity with Microsoft Entra for identity and access management.
Understanding of cloud security principles and practices.
Experience in using Azure DevOps.
Experience in using Git.
Experience in using cloud BI technologies (Azure or similar).
Experience in using DBT, Dagster, Monte Carlo is an asset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
