We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our Information Technology team as a Salesforce Developer. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects, contribute to system architecture decisions, and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Salesforce Development:
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions.
- Architect and implement scalable and maintainable code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
2. Integration and Data Management:
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring data consistency and security.
- Oversee data migration efforts and maintain data quality standards.
3. Customization and Configuration:
- Provide expertise in customizing Salesforce to meet business requirements, utilizing tools such as Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Validation Rules.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine customization requirements.
4. Lightning Experience:
- Drive the adoption and optimization of Lightning Experience, providing guidance on best practices and user interface design.
- Mentor team members on Lightning component development.
5. Collaboration and Leadership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
6. Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment plans.
- Contribute to the development of coding standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- English proficiency is recommended.
