Responsabilidades e atribuições

Conduzir metodologias de discovery de produto;
Priorizar o backlog e definir roadmaps com base em dados, insights e objetivos de negócio;
Atuar como ponte entre stakeholders e o time de desenvolvimento, garantindo entregas de valor contínuo;
Especificar requisitos funcionais e técnicos, com entendimento profundo de APIs e integrações entre sistemas;
Mapear e acompanhar métricas de performance e adoção do produto;
Participar ativamente em cerimônias ágeis (daily, planning, review, retrospectiva).

Requisitos e qualificações

Experiência comprovada como Product Owner na área bancária, com foco em pagamentos;
Experiência anterior com PSPs ou gateways de pagamento;
Vivência prática com metodologias de discovery de produto;
Sólido conhecimento do mercado de pagamentos, incluindo crossborder;
Experiência com produtos baseados em integrações via APIs(necessário background técnico);
Habilidade de lidar com múltiplos stakeholders e contextos multiculturais;
Inglês e Espanhol em nível intermediário para leitura, escrita e conversas em reuniões.
Diferenciais: Certificações em Scrum, Product Owner ou Agile (CSPO, PSPO, etc); Conhecimento em ferramentas como Jira, Confluence, Figma, Postman.
