What you will do:
- Join a strategic initiative focused on bringing consistency, scalability, and clarity to a complex enterprise software ecosystem.
- Break down a large-scale enterprise platform into reusable design patterns and templates.
- Define and document best practices for design system usage across multiple products and features.
- Design and refine core UI interaction patterns (search, navigation, shared components).
- Contribute hands-on to high‑quality UI execution, with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Developers, UX Writers, and Designers, including close interaction with US‑based teams.
- Focus primarily on desktop experiences, where most users operate.
- Help shape AI‑driven experiences, defining how users discover and interact with AI features.
- Contribute to the evolution of UX architecture and interaction standards across a multi‑product ecosystem.
What we are looking for:
- Advanced/Fluent English:.
- Proven experience designing complex, enterprise‑level software products (HCM, CRM, ERP, BI, SCM).
- Strong foundation in Interaction Design, supported by Design Thinking and clear design documentation.
- Solid experience working with Design Systems, including component usage, governance, and documentation.
- Practical knowledge of Object‑Oriented UX (OOUX) principles.
- Demonstrated experience designing AI–Human Interaction within product interfaces.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.0.
- Detail‑oriented, hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset.
- Experience working in large‑scale, multi‑product ecosystems.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with front‑end technologies and frameworks (CSS, Tailwind, Flutter).
- Experience with enterprise‑scale design systems (MUI X, Carbon, Lightning, Atlassian, Fluent, Polaris, Geist).
- Familiarity with modern design‑to‑code / “vibe coding” tools (Figma Make, Lovable, Replit, Vercel).
