Production Operator

The mission of Unfors RaySafe AB is to help people avoid unnecessary radiation and hence save lives. We make solutions for personal dosimetry and quality assurance of diagnostic X-ray equipment. We constantly work with the challenge of offering products and solutions that exceed our customers’ expectations. In our Operations team, we focus on delivering products with the right quality at the right time. We also make sure to support our customers to the best of our ability, including technical support. The team consist of approximately 20 people in different ages and different nationalities. Everyone takes pride in helping the customer and enjoy having fun while doing so.

To further strengthen our team in the production area we are now looking for a Production Operator. The production at RaySafe in Billdal is dived into the following areas: incoming goods, adjustment & calibration, repair, finalization sales, finalization service and shipping. You work closely with your colleagues, master scheduler/team leader and you manager to continuously improve our processes and to be able to manage peeks in demand for the different production areas.

Our focus is to be able to deliver products on time with the right quality.

Responsibilities of the team

• Maintain delivery and productivity KPI´s
• Receive and prepare goods and components at the goods receiving area
• Assure quality on calibrated units
• Adjustment/calibration of orders for finalization according to calibration date
• Perform quality checks and pack goods for service customers and/or for new customers
• Repair products/components for customers which are part of service program
• Perform final quality check and prepare orders for shipment
• Perform measurements for supporting departments if assigned by the manager
• Other duties as assigned

The responsibility depends on which area you work in and may vary over time.

Qualifications

• 
  Minimum 1-year previous work experience
• Experience from another manufacturing company is preferred
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written is a must
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
