About the Role
We are hiring a Remote Call Center Representative to support outbound and inbound call activities for a U.S.-based client.
This is a remote contractor position for professionals based in LATAM with strong English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and aged leads
- Follow a structured call script
- Qualify contacts based on predefined criteria
- Handle basic objections and route qualified prospects to the next step
- Maintain call quality and professionalism
Requirements:
- Advanced English fluency, especially speaking and listening
- Clear pronunciation
- Previous experience in call center, telemarketing, or customer support preferred
- Quiet home office environment
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Availability to work Full-time in U.S. business hours
Compensation:
- Contractor position
- Compensation paid in USD (4$ hourly up to 5 upon performance and experience)
- Performance-based incentives available
