Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and persevering Architect to join our team. This is a fully remote position, therefore the ideal candidate must be able to work effectively in a Work-From-Home setup and is capable of collaborating with a remote team.
As a Remote Architect, you will be developing and conceptualizing detailed architectural plans, draft projects using both 2D and 3D sketching, and must know how to use and navigate Revit.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and conceptualize architectural project designs, and create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Finalize drafting projects using both 2D and 3D sketching, and make necessary adjustments as needed per management feedback
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
- Ensure design specifications align with safety standards and US governmental regulations
- Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to ensure accuracy of early design work
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, either licensed or not licensed
- At least 1-2 years relevant work experience in the field
- Must know how to use architectural softwares, particularly Revit
- Must be able to present a work portfolio showcasing a range of residential architecture projects
- Ability to collaborate and work well with a remote team and client, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Able to communicate effectively in the English language

Pay: R$600.00 - R$750.00 per week
