Descrição completa da vaga
- Provide management reports and financial analysis, using primarily Excel, HFM, Salesforce CRM
- Lead orders/sales forecast process including market segment and regional reporting
- Prepare quarterly Sales Incentive information and coordinate with global accounting teams to maintain budgets
- Build and maintain forecast by department. Partner with various department managers to create and maintain their monthly department expense forecasts and annual budgets
- Assist FP&A team with numerous month-end reporting activities including data collection, report development, and analysis amongst other ad hoc activities.
- Serve as liaison to department managers, assisting them with finance related issues as needed.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and project work assigned by the VP of Finance & VP Sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 3+ years of related accounting and finance experience
- dvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Salesforce CRM
- Superior organizational skills and attention to details
- Work requires effective oral and written communications skills as well as a strong analytical acumen
- Confident and self-motivated with a flexible approach to work
