We are seeking a high-caliber Outbound Sales Specialist to join a fast-growing innovator in the premium building materials and material science industry. We have redefined engineered stone through breakthrough technology, and we need a cold-calling powerhouse to help us scale our reach within the architectural community.
This isn’t a role for someone who just reads a script. We want a strategic salesperson who understands the psychology of a deal and knows how to create urgency in a high-end, competitive market.
The Role: High-Impact Sales Specialist
Your mission is to target and engage top-tier architecture firms, identifying key decision-makers and turning cold outreach into high-value appointments.
What You’ll Do
- Master the Cold Call: Execute high-volume outbound calls specifically targeting architects and design partners.
- Script Innovation: Create and refine high-converting scripts that bypass gatekeepers and hook busy professionals within the first 10 seconds.
- Identify Pain Points: Use consultative selling to uncover firm-specific needs and position our revolutionary, safety-first material as the premium solution.
- Generate FOMO: Apply advanced sales techniques to create a sense of exclusivity and urgency around our industry-leading technology.
- Close the Appointment: Maintain a high conversion rate from initial contact to qualified meeting for our executive team.
What We Are Looking For
- Native-Level English: Exceptional verbal communication with the ability to build instant rapport with sophisticated clients.
- Cold Call Veteran: Proven experience in outbound sales—you aren’t afraid of the phone; you thrive on it.
- Sales Psychology: Deep understanding of how to handle objections and use strategic triggers to move prospects.
- Architecture/Construction/Builders /Developers /Contractors Savvy (Bonus): Knowledge of the architectural design process or the construction industry is a major plus and will make you stand out.
