What your new challenge will look like
As a Sales Development Representative you will generate high quality leads and work closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further conversion. Your primary tasks in this position will include:
- Prospect potential new customers on social media platforms like LinkedIn using sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Reev, Meetime, Snov.io, HVS Salesforce, Hubspot;
- Reach out to potential customers via email, cold calls, and LinkedIn messages;
- Schedule meetings with potential customers for Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Directors and VPs (main KPI);
- Update CRM with contacts prospected, completed activities, and managing the sales pipeline.

- Graduated in Business Administration, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
- Previous experience as an SDR is mandatory;
- Fluent/Advanced English skills in writing and speaking;
- Detail-oriented and organized individual with a focus on detailed processes;
- Must be able to engage with customers (Managers/ C-level) using assertive communication;
- Excel and PowerPoint knowledge;
- Fluent/Advanced German or other languages are not mandatory but would be advantageous;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model at our Campinas office.
