Role Overview

This role is for a true go-getter who likes to move fast, own outcomes, and see their work turn directly into results. If high-volume outreach, tight follow-through, and clear scoreboards motivate you, you’ll feel right at home at ClickGuard.

The SDR drives a qualified pipeline through consistent cold calling to ICP accounts and rapid engagement with warm leads where Speed-to-Lead matters. Demo attendance is owned end to end, from T-24h and T-1h confirmations to no-show recovery. The role covers prospects across US East, US West, and EMEA time zones from a fixed 10:00–18:00 ET shift. Success is simple and visible: qualified demos booked, strong demo show rates, and fast Speed-to-Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Pipeline Generation

  • Make 70–90 cold calls/day to ICP accounts and book qualified demos for AEs.
  • Run multi-touch cadences (calls/SMS/email/LinkedIn) and personalize outreach.

Warm Leads & Speed-to-Lead

  • Call/SMS/email inbound and hand-raise leads during shift with median Speed-to-Lead ≤ 5 minutes; ensure ≥90% touched within 15 minutes.
  • Qualify for ICP and schedule demos promptly.

Demo Attendance & Recovery

  • Execute T-24h and T-1h confirmations (prospect local time).
  • Ensure calendar accuracy (timezone, attendees, link); reschedule no-shows within 7 days.

Global Coverage & Scheduling

  • Work daily blocks for EMEA late afternoon, US East prime, and US West morning/lunch.
  • Track DST changes; confirm bookings in the prospect’s local time.

Systems, Process & Hygiene

  • Operate 100% in HubSpot (tasks, sequences, notes) and place all calls via Aircall (dispositions/notes/VM drops).
  • Maintain clean data and honor opt-outs/compliance.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Partner with AEs to draft clean handoff notes that include prospect context and pain points to reduce prep time and are all documented in our CRM/Playbook.
  • Update dashboards and report weekly on activity, conversion, and show-rate metrics.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound SDR/BDR experience selling subscription-based B2B SaaS products, including trial-to-paid or demo-led motions, hitting demo/opportunity quotas.
  • Hands-on with HubSpot (required) and Aircall (required).
  • Strong English communication skills (C1 or higher)
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling, multi-channel outreach (SMS/email), and global time-zone work.
  • Strong organizational discipline and CRM hygiene.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven cold-calling/objection-handling; talk time 90–120 min/day.
  • Speed-to-Lead mindset for warm leads; confirmation/no-show recovery playbook.
  • Sequencing and list management in HubSpot; accurate dispositions in Aircall.
  • Time-zone/DST rigor; calendar accuracy.
  • Proactive, friendly, enthusiastic “go-getter” with excellent phone presence.

Nice to Have

  • Demonstrated ability to disqualify low-intent leads and protect Sales time.
  • Comfort discussing paid media challenges with agencies (Google/Meta/Bing). Willingness to learn.
  • Experience booking mid-market/enterprise demos across the US/EMEA.
  • Awareness of outreach compliance and opt-out best practices
