We are looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Representative to join our growing cleaning services company.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the best cleaning service for their home, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and carpet cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from potential clients
- Provide accurate quotes based on customer needs
- Explain services clearly and professionally
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication
- Support the team in achieving sales goals
Qualifications:
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build trust with clients
- Organized and detail-oriented
- English required (Portuguese and Spanish are a plus)
