We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to optimize and manage our Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud platform, enabling improved business operations and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud platform, including retail execution processes, visit planning, and order management
- Provide specialized user support and training tailored to the unique features of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud
- Ensure data accuracy and security by conducting audits and maintaining data quality specific to consumer goods operations
- Develop automated solutions for retail execution, merchandising, and promotions using Salesforce tools
- Create and manage reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights into sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud with ERP systems, supply chain management, and other business applications
- Stay updated on Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud advancements and effectively implement new features to enhance processes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and apply best practices in consumer goods operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance platform effectiveness in meeting company goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of working experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, Salesforce platform, or similar technologies
- Expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud features such as retail execution and visit planning
- Proficiency in data management, with a focus on accuracy, security, and auditing
- Competency in creating actionable reports and dashboards to analyze sales and market trends
- Background in integrating Salesforce with external systems like ERP and supply chain management platforms
- Understanding of compliance regulations and industry best practices within consumer goods operations
- Showcase of Salesforce certification, specifically related to administration or Consumer Goods Cloud
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
