SAP Application Support Analyst (TVA) USA

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Application Support professional to support and sustain the TVA Account Portal (TAP) solution, ensuring system stability, incident resolution, monitoring activities, and SLA compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SAP BTP Cloud Foundry, SAP S/4HANA integrations, and support operations in complex enterprise environments. This professional will work directly with customer-facing activities and must be comfortable troubleshooting integrations, monitoring applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Important: US Citizenship is mandatory due to TVA government compliance requirements.

Main assignments:

• Support and sustain the TVA Account Portal (TAP) environment
• Monitor applications, integrations, and scheduled jobs
• Investigate and resolve incidents within defined SLAs
• Troubleshoot SAP BTP Cloud Foundry services and applications
• Support Node.js / SAP CAP applications
• Manage PostgreSQL databases on SAP BTP
• Configure and monitor SAP Job Scheduling Service
• Administer SAP Build Work Zone UI cards
• Configure BTP Destinations and Cloud Connector integrations
• Support SAP IAS and IPS authentication flows
• Perform monitoring and log analysis through BTP Cockpit
• Troubleshoot SOAP integrations with Pay.gov
• Support custom S/4HANA APIs and OData services
• Support ABAP custom enhancements and transport management
• Maintain connectivity between SAP BTP and on-premise S/4HANA
• Support FI payment posting and financial document processing
• Manage incidents and tickets through ServiceNow
• Support source code version control using Git and GitHub
• Collaborate directly with TVA stakeholders and technical teams

Requirements:

• US Citizen (mandatory)
• Fluent English
• Experience with SAP BTP Cloud Foundry administration
• Experience with Node.js and SAP CAP
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL on SAP BTP
• Experience with SAP Job Scheduling Service
• Experience with SAP Build Work Zone
• Knowledge of BTP Destinations and SAP Cloud Connector
• Experience with SAP IAS and IPS
• Experience with BTP Cockpit monitoring and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of SOAP web services integrations
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA on-premise environments
• Experience troubleshooting OData services and custom APIs
• Knowledge of ABAP enhancements and transport processes
• Experience with SAP FI processes related to payments
• Experience with ServiceNow ticket handling and SLA management
• Knowledge of Git and GitHub

Differentials:

• Previous experience with application support or Run operations
• Experience in government or highly regulated environments
• Knowledge of Pay.gov integrations
• ITIL certification or knowledge
• Experience working with distributed international teams
