We are looking for a Pre-Sales professional to join our team. This person will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads for the sales team, generating business opportunities, and contributing to the company’s growth.
This position is available remotely or in a hybrid model in Belo Horizonte (MG).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct active prospecting, lead qualification, and schedule meetings for the sales representatives;
- Actively reach out to leads through multiple channels, including phone, email, social media, and other lead generation sources;
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as interest, budget, need, and buying authority;
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify potential clients and market sectors to focus sales efforts;
- Initiate and maintain conversations with qualified leads to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals;
- Maintain accurate records of activities and interactions with leads in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and optimize lead generation campaigns and prospecting strategies;
- Stay up to date with the company’s products, services, and solutions, as well as industry trends and best practices in sales and business development.
Skills & Abilities:
- Advanced or fluent English;
- Experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in B2B;
- Comfort working with targets and challenges;
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
