Senior AI Engineer

We are developing an AI platform and need a Senior AI Engineer to create and deliver AI systems that support a broad set of business use cases. You will solve specific product needs with LLMs, RAG, and multimodal learning, designing complex components independently while coordinating with Engineering leads and stakeholders—apply today.

Responsibilities

• Create and own scalable AI systems and components that address multiple product use cases and business applications
• Assemble, test, and integrate AI solutions such as LLMs (open and closed source), RAG pipelines, MCP servers, agents, or prompt orchestration layers
• Engage with product team members and stakeholders to define technical requirements and agree on implementation plans
• Work with multiple Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end integrations and verify quality and effectiveness of deployed systems
• Provide rapid AI solutions to cover urgent product and operational needs
• Support the ongoing development and evolution of our AI platform
• Refine AI solutions to improve performance, cost, and maintainability at scale
• Keep up to date with new trends in AI and ML
• Investigate and evaluate new tools, models, and technologies for potential adoption

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in AI or machine learning engineering roles
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systems, ideally in production environments
• Strong experience with SQL for data querying and management, plus in-memory data storage technologies for high-performance applications
• Experience working with LLM ecosystems and modern GenAI technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, and LangChain
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern MLOps workflows for scalable AI deployment
• Experience working with vector databases and inference engines to support efficient AI model operations
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React is helpful for collaborating with UI teams, though not required
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Good English communication skills (B2+ level or higher) and experience in client-facing communications, including direct interaction with stakeholders

Nice to have

• Coding experience in one or more server-side languages such as GoLang or PHP for backend development and integration
• Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting and automation tasks
• Experience with TypeScript for building robust and maintainable web applications
