What you will do:
- Develop and enhance applications that successfully meet business objectives and timelines.
- Independently design, code, and test software in an agile development environment.
- Collaborate with other development team members and external stakeholders to ensure integrated and high-quality solutions.
- Engage with internal and external customers to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
- Fluency in English – mandatory for communication with global teams and documentation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and deep knowledge of the Spring ecosystem (Boot, Data, Security, etc.).
- Proficiency with build and dependency management tools such as Maven or Gradle.
- Solid understanding and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is a plus.
- Strong background in unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing.
- Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and multithreaded programming.
- Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines and tools.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
