Senior Audiovisual & Production Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Audiovisual & Production Analyst to join our Partner Enablement team!
This role will be responsible for coordinating and enabling the end-to-end audiovisual production process for all our content, especially for our partners, ensuring scalable workflows, clear ownership, and high-quality delivery of learning content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end audiovisual production process, from intake and pre-production to final delivery;

  • Own production timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple initiatives running in parallel;

  • Act as the operational hub between Trainers, Audiovisual leadership, and internal teams;

  • Ensure all content reaches the editing phase fully structured, validated, and production-ready;

  • Provide operational and technical support for remote and in-person recordings and training-related events;

  • Validate scripts, slide decks, storyboards, and recording plans before production;

  • Coordinate asset creation such as graphics, animations, and visual elements with internal and external teams;

  • Support trainers in defining recording formats, technical requirements, and best practices;

  • Design, document, and continuously improve audiovisual production processes to support scale;

  • Define standards for recording quality, file organization, naming conventions, and handoff to post-production;

  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve speed and efficiency.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Experience coordinating audiovisual or video production projects end-to-end;

  • Strong project management and workflow organization skills;

  • Solid understanding of audiovisual production processes (pre-production, production, post-production);

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders;

  • High level of autonomy, proactivity, and problem-solving mindset;

  • Familiarity with video production tools and environments (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a plus;

  • Advanced English.
