We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Compensation Analyst to join our People team! This person will be responsible for ensuring the competitiveness and equity of our compensation policy, in addition to contributing to the attraction, retention and engagement of our talents!
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and implementation of the company's compensation strategy, aligned with business objectives;
- Administer the fixed and variable compensation program, including salaries, bonuses and commissions;
- Manage the benefits package;
- Monitor the benefits' performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities for improvement and cost optimization, thus ensuring their competitiveness and adherence to the needs of employees;
- Conduct studies and research to identify new trends and opportunities for improvement in the benefits offered to employees.
- Implement and monitor recognition programs (e.g., seniority), encouraging a culture of appreciation and meritocracy;
- Conduct salary surveys and analyze market data to ensure the competitiveness of the salary scale;
- Perform the annual update of the salary scale, considering individual performance and the available budget;
- Participate in the creation of new positions, defining responsibilities, requirements and salary ranges, in line with the organizational structure;
- Manage professional movements, including promotions and horizontal movements (merit, retention), ensuring equity and transparency in the process.
Requirements:
- Completed degree in Administration, Human Resources, Economics or related areas (Postgraduate or specialization in Compensation and Benefits will be a plus);
- Significant experience in the area of Compensation and Benefits;
- Knowledge of job and salary management methodologies;
- Mastery of salary research and data analysis tools;
- Familiarity with labor and social security legislation;
- Advanced Excel (skills with data tools such as Power BI will be a plus);
- Intermediate English (advanced may be a plus).
