Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our remote team and contribute to the development of a new BI tool for Operational Excellence.

In this role, you will analyze both client-level and system-level usage data and provide insights and recommendations to improve service quality. You will define key measures and set up appropriate monitoring to indicate capacity and service status, review the capacity and service status across infrastructures to assess risk levels, address issues with relevant teams, and progress open actions. You will have the opportunity to liaise with development teams across the globe and troubleshoot and analyze capacity and performance-related issues in the infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze both client-level and system-level usage data and provide insights and recommendations to improve service quality
• Define key measures and set up appropriate monitoring to indicate capacity and service status
• Review the capacity and service status across infrastructures to assess risk levels, address issues with relevant teams, and progress open actions
• Troubleshoot and analyze capacity and performance-related issues in the infrastructure
• Collaborate with development teams across the globe to troubleshoot, analyze, and investigate capacity and performance-related issues in the infrastructure
• Create effective visualizations to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Technology, or Operations Management
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Analytics and Visualization, demonstrating your expertise in analyzing large data sets and creating visualizations to communicate insights
• Proficiency in Salesforce Tableau and BI analysis, enabling you to create effective dashboards and reports
• In-depth knowledge of Data Analysis and Quality, showcasing your ability to identify trends, anomalies, and data inconsistencies
• Experience with Oracle and SQL, enabling you to extract and manipulate data from complex databases
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to liaise with development teams across the globe
• Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher

Nice to have

• Data extraction and loading and data transformation using Python
• Experience with AWS
