Senior Data Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Delivery Manager to lead the execution of high-quality, data-driven solutions that drive business impact.

In this role, you will oversee complex data initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and delivering measurable outcomes. You will be an integral part of our organization, enabling strategic decision-making through efficient data delivery and execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of data projects to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and on-time delivery
• Collaborate with teams such as data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to maintain shared focus and unified goals
• Track project milestones, assess risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure success
• Create and manage detailed project plans that outline timelines and resource allocations
• Advocate for best practices in data management and delivery across teams and departments
• Ensure data consistency, reliability, and accuracy throughout every stage of a project
• Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable deliverables
• Serve as a communication bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and alignment
• Streamline operational workflows to improve efficiency and scalability in project execution
• Evaluate project outcomes and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in IT roles with a strong foundation in Data Science
• At least 5 years in leadership positions such as Lead, Manager, or Architect, working within Agile or hybrid environments
• Proven track record of managing teams with 40+ members
• Direct involvement in a minimum of 8 full project lifecycles or experience launching 2+ products (or key product capabilities) to market
• Expertise in planning, overseeing, and monitoring the delivery of complex data projects
• Ability to develop and execute data strategies that align with business goals and enhance decision-making processes
• Proficiency in data profiling to uncover patterns, resolve quality issues, and optimize data usage
• Advanced-level English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or Data Management certifications

Nice to have

• Certifications in delivery management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent credentials
• Advanced knowledge of data platforms and tools for optimizing delivery processes and outcomes
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and their application in structuring data-centric projects
