We are seeking a Portuguese-speaking Senior Infrastructure Integration Engineer to drive IT infrastructure integration for M&A programs across hybrid environments. You will help plan and deliver Day 1 and post-close execution across multiple infrastructure domains while meeting security and compliance needs—apply now.
Responsibilities
- Support M&A infrastructure workstreams with focus on Day 1 readiness and post-close activities
- Help create infrastructure integration strategies including roadmaps, milestones, and rollback frameworks
- Participate in technical discovery to capture requirements for target-state architectures and integration plans
- Collaborate with teams owning Network & Connectivity (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, firewalls), Identity & Access (AD/Azure AD/SSO/MFA), Messaging & Collaboration (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace migrations), and Endpoint & Device Management (Intune/SCCM/MDM)
- Ensure integration tasks align with security, compliance, and organizational protocols
- Coordinate with application, security, workplace, and business teams as well as external vendors or service providers
- Track progress, surface risks, and produce status reports for relevant stakeholders
- Provide resource projections and assist with forecasting or budgeting activities
- Prepare documentation and operational materials to support smooth handover to downstream teams
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure roles with contributions to multi-domain initiatives
- Prior involvement in M&A infrastructure integration or technology unification efforts
- Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure including networking, identity (AD/Azure AD/SSO), and endpoint management (Intune/SCCM/MDM) with baseline cloud and security concepts
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
- Solid project coordination skills with understanding of planning, governance, and issue resolution practices
- Effective communication skills to lead technical conversations with varied audiences
- Familiarity with TSA processes, cloud migration methodologies, or Zero Trust frameworks
- English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or above
- Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese at a B2+ level

- Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP/Prince2, Azure/AWS, CCNA/CCNP, or security-related credentials
