We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Senior Infrastructure Integration Engineer to enable smooth infrastructure integration during M&A across on-premise and hybrid landscapes. You will help define integration plans, coordinate domain teams, and ensure secure, compliant execution through Day 1 and post-close—apply now.
Responsibilities
- Assist M&A infrastructure integration workstreams with emphasis on Day 1 readiness and post-close activities
- Create and refine infrastructure integration strategies including roadmaps, milestones, and rollback frameworks
- Support technical discovery efforts to define requirements for target-state architectures and integration plans
- Work closely with teams handling Network & Connectivity (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, firewalls), Identity & Access (AD/Azure AD/SSO/MFA), Messaging & Collaboration (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace migrations), and Endpoint & Device Management (Intune/SCCM/MDM)
- Validate that integration delivery follows security, compliance, and organizational protocols
- Align with application, security, workplace, and business teams and coordinate with external vendors or service providers
- Report on progress, identify risks early, and prepare stakeholder status updates
- Contribute resource projections and help with forecasting or budgeting activities
- Draft documentation and operational materials to ensure a seamless transition to downstream teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of IT infrastructure experience, including participation in projects spanning multiple domains
- Previous work on M&A infrastructure integration or initiatives focused on technology unification
- Practical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure: networking, identity (AD/Azure AD/SSO), and endpoint management (Intune/SCCM/MDM), plus basic cloud and security concepts
- Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams that are geographically distributed
- Good project coordination ability with understanding of planning cycles, governance, and issue resolution
- Strong communication ability to support technical discussions across a range of audiences
- Exposure to TSA processes, cloud migration methodologies, or Zero Trust frameworks
- English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or above
- Brazilian Portuguese proficiency at a B2+ level

- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP/Prince2, Azure/AWS, CCNA/CCNP, or security-related credentials
