Senior Instructional Designer

We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to join our Partner Enablement team!
This role will be responsible for defining, evolving, and scaling the learning experience, instructional methodology, and educational standards across our partners globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and apply instructional design standards and learning methodologies across training programs;

  • Enhance learner engagement through storytelling, interactivity, and experience-driven learning design;

  • Continuously evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements based on best practices and market benchmarks;

  • Collaborate with Education leadership, Production, and Technical Trainers to standardize content development, delivery, and learning processes;

  • Review existing courses and propose improvements to structure, flow, and interactivity;

  • Support the evolution of learning content through iterative improvements and new instructional approaches;

  • Own the governance, structure, and evolution of the LMS;

  • Define standards for learning paths, certifications, course organization, and user experience;

  • Monitor engagement, completion, and performance metrics to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or similar roles;

  • Strong knowledge of instructional methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning evaluation metrics;

  • Experience working with LMS platforms and learning operations governance;

  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders;

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability;

  • Advanced English.
