Responsibilities
- Direct the entire delivery process for assigned accounts and act as the key contact for delivery matters
- Guarantee compliance with delivery governance and management standards
- Plan and allocate resources to fulfill delivery roadmaps with appropriate skills and experience
- Lead the architectural design of solutions to meet quality and future requirements
- Promote stakeholder coordination and cross-disciplinary collaboration to ensure project success
- Build and maintain lasting client partnerships while managing risks
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, statements of work, and project documentation
- Ensure adherence to delivery best practices, methodologies, and agile frameworks
- Develop and execute delivery risk management strategies
- Track, analyze, and improve delivery performance and productivity
- Support sales efforts by providing delivery expertise in proposal stages
- Mentor and guide other delivery managers within the company
Requirements
- Minimum 9 years of experience in Data and Analytics project delivery including Big Data, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence
- Strong skills in Python, Scala, or Java and experience with Big Data tools like Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and Kafka
- Expertise in building data platform engineering solutions for batch and streaming data
- Proficient in SQL and experienced in designing and supporting Big Data architectures
- Previous leadership in cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Comprehensive knowledge of data architecture and security for data initiatives
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques and classical analytics
- Ability to manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong client communication (English C1)
- Thorough understanding of project delivery methods including agile and change management
