Salary Range in USD: $1,500 - $2,000 USD/month + Bonus on performance

Viral Ideas × Boomin’ Brands Media is a multi million dollar, founder-led video and creative growth company helping brands turn attention into revenue.

We operate two established brands:

Viral Ideas, a scalable, tech-enabled video editing and strategy company trusted by fast-growing startups and agencies.
Boomin’ Brands Media, a plug and play video editing partner helping agencies scale without freelancer chaos.

We’ve built strong offers, recurring revenue, and a powerful delivery engine. Now we’re stepping into our next phase of growth and that requires structure, performance, and real ownership.

What we’re looking for

We’re hiring a Senior Media Buyer who will take full ownership of our paid acquisition efforts and our entire GoHighLevel ecosystem.

This role is about building and managing a complete performance system:

Ads + Funnels + GoHighLevel CRM + Automations + Follow-up = Booked Calls.

Your core mission is simple: Keep our calendar full of qualified booked calls. This is a senior level role! Not entry-level, not experimental, not “learning as you go.”

We are hiring for experience and execution. We need someone who has managed real budgets, driven measurable results, and understands how everything connects inside GoHighLevel not just ads in isolation.

If you are strong in ads but not in GoHighLevel this isn’t the right fit.If you know GoHighLevel but haven’t managed real ad budgets this isn’t the right fit either.

We need expertise in both.

What You Will Own:

Paid Media (Meta & Google Ads)

Plan, launch, and scale lead generation campaigns
Optimize specifically for booked calls (not just leads)
Manage $50K+ monthly budgets
Improve cost per booked call and funnel conversion rates
Test creatives, angles, and offers

GoHighLevel: Full Ownership (Non-Negotiable)

This is not general CRM experience, this is deep, hands on GoHighLevel expertise.

You will:

Fully manage GoHighLevel CRM (pipelines, tags, contacts)
Build, improve, and update all landing pages inside GoHighLevel
Create and optimize funnels within GoHighLevel
Set up and manage email & SMS campaigns
Build automations and workflows
Track conversions per campaign accurately
Maintain clean lead attribution

You must have built landing pages and funnels inside GoHighLevel before.You must be able to show examples of pages you’ve built.

We’re paying for seniority because we need someone who can step in and own this without hand holding.

Reporting & Team:

You will report directly to the Director of Marketing & Sales and the Head of Marketing. But you will be part of our Sales & Marketing team, including:

Marketer
Motion Graphics Video Editor
Graphic Designer

Globally, you’ll join a 90+ international remote team. We’re structured, fast-moving, and collaborative. We don’t micromanage, we expect ownership.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

3+ years proven experience running Meta & Google Ads
Experience managing $50K+ monthly ad budgets
Strong lead generation background
Expert level GoHighLevel experience
Proven experience building landing pages inside GoHighLevel
Ability to show examples of funnels/pages you’ve built (We need to see your portfolio)
Strong understanding of tracking and attribution
Conversational English
Availability: 8am to 5pm Bogotá time (1-hour break)

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly salary of $1.500 up to $2.000 (Based on experience) plus bonus on performance
