As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing, validation, and analysis of payroll operations across Brazil and the United States. Acting as a key liaison between the company and outsourced payroll providers, you will help guarantee compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement of payroll and benefits processes.
Responsibilities:
Collect, validate, and submit payroll data for Brazil and US operations;
Act as the main interface with local and international payroll providers and accounting partners;
Review payroll calculations, taxes, social charges, and accruals (BR and US);
Validate labor calculations and identify inconsistencies or risks;
Support employee lifecycle processes (hiring, terminations, and internal movements);
Manage and administer employee benefits;
Support internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits;
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements;
Control and validate payments for contractors.
Requirements (Must Have):
Experience with payroll operations in Brazil and exposure to international payroll (outsourced or in-house);
Solid knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and payroll charges;
Experience managing employee benefits;
Advanced English (written and spoken);
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities;
Comfortable handling multiple topics simultaneously (BR payroll, US payroll, benefits, and contractors).
Requirements (Nice to Have):
Experience in companies with international operations;
Background in fast-growing or scaling environments;
Experience improving or structuring payroll and benefits processes;
Familiarity with Domínio payroll system;
Experience with benefits benchmarking and market analysis.
