• We are looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager – Payments to inspire innovation and drive the payments and financial transactions experience at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados). As one of the leading sports betting ecosystems in the country, Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is recognised for its innovation, operational excellence and user-centred experience.
• As a payments product expert, you will play a key role in designing and optimizing deposit, withdrawal, payment processing and financial infrastructure experiences, delivering high-impact, user-focused solutions that align with both customer and business objectives.

• Payments & Fintech Expertise: Experience working with payments ecosystems, PSP integrations, payment orchestration or financial transaction platforms. Understanding of deposit and withdrawal flows, transaction routing, payment approval optimization.
• Customer Focus: Passion about users and leveraging collaboration to disrupt and enhance product experience within Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados).
• Effective Communication: Skilled at managing stakeholders and adjusting communication styles to clearly convey goals and strategies across varying audiences. Ability to communicate complex payments and technical concepts clearly across teams.
• Analytical and Curious: Strong critical thinking abilities, data interpretation skills and a relentless drive to understand and improve processes.
• Action-Oriented: Proven ability to identify risks, address issues and navigate fast-paced environments with resilience. Comfortable managing payment incidents, provider issues and performance fluctuations.
• Facilitation: Experience in promoting cross-functional collaboration and establishing internal communities of practice.
• Product Experience: Expertise in managing UX/UI-focused products, prioritising user, and improving operational efficiency through simplification. Experience managing transactional, high-scale digital products, with a strong emphasis on payments.
