We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (Delivery & Technology) to join our team!

This role will be responsible for leading strategic implementation, migration, and professional services projects, managing a portfolio of multiple initiatives simultaneously, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, Support, and Development, and help strengthen our Delivery operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation, migration, and professional services projects within the Delivery team.

  • Manage a portfolio of multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and scope.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, preparing and presenting status reports.

  • Operate across multiple workstreams in parallel, demonstrating strong delegation and coordination skills.

  • Interact and collaborate with various internal departments, including Sales, Finance, Support, and Development teams.

  • Support the transition of responsibilities from Fábio J. Miranda, enabling him to focus on team strategy initiatives.

 

Requirements

  • Strong background in technology, preferably in infrastructure, software development, or cybersecurity.

  • Ability to adapt to the dynamics of technology projects.

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in hybrid delivery methodologies, combining waterfall (traditional) approaches with Scrum framework elements (such as daily stand-ups).

  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.

  • Advanced English (to be assessed during the initial screening process).
