We’re now building Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Brazil — a new growth project focused on scaling our sales and partnerships in the Brazilian market.
Role
As a Senior Sales Agent - Market Manager (Brazil) you will play a key role in building our commercial presence in Brazil. You will be responsible for actively selling our portfolio of English-learning experiences and educational travel products to Brazilian clients (primarily B2C, with opportunities in partnerships and B2B). As we grow, you will help shape local go-to-market strategy, develop repeatable sales processes, and potentially build a small local team.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, highly independent, and genuinely strong at closing — not just “managing accounts”.
Responsibilities
- Active sales of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) products to Brazilian clients (lead qualification → discovery → closing → onboarding)
- Managing a high-velocity pipeline (calls/WhatsApp/video), keeping excellent CRM hygiene and forecasting
- Supporting market-entry execution: testing segments, messaging, offers, and pricing hypotheses
- Building and improving sales processes, scripts, objection handling, and follow-up sequences
- Establishing and managing local partnerships (e.g., influencers/affiliates, agencies, education partners, communities)
- Researching and coordinating on regulatory / legal / consumer requirements relevant to selling education travel/experiences in Brazil
- Contributing to localization quality: ensuring marketing and sales materials are accurate and persuasive in Brazilian Portuguese
- In the future: recruiting, training, and mentoring junior sales reps as volume scales
Your profile
- 5+ years of sales experience in Brazil, with a proven record of closing (B2C experience strongly preferred)
- Experience selling education products (language learning, courses, study programs, training, education travel) is a major plus
- Strong consultative selling skills: discovery, needs mapping, negotiation, closing, and retention mindset
- Comfortable with performance targets, activity volume, and structured pipeline management
- Excellent communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese (native/fluent)
- English level B2/C1+ (you’ll work with an international team and materials)
- Highly independent, proactive, and organized — a true get-things-done attitude
- Basic understanding of marketing/funnels (lead sources, conversion metrics, A/B tests, messaging)
