Senior SAP SD/OTC Consultant – International Project
We are looking for a Senior SAP SD/OTC Consultant to support order-to-cash (OTC) activities in a migration project with a rollout in Brazil.
Work Mode: Remote, with the possibility of travel.
Duration: Until March 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the successful implementation and optimization of SAP processes related to the SD/OTC module in the S/4HANA migration project, ensuring alignment with business requirements;
- Define strategies and best practices for order management, billing, pricing, and accounts receivable processes in SAP OTC;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP OTC with other SAP modules and external systems;
- Configure and customize SAP OTC to optimize end-to-end order-to-cash processes;
- Support data migration activities, including validation and reconciliation of data related to the order-to-cash cycle;
- Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and data governance standards;
- Lead testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT);
- Train end users and document processes to ensure a smooth transition to the new system;
- Coordinate with global and local stakeholders to ensure adoption and efficient use of SAP OTC functionalities.
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of ARM (Advanced Returns Management), return processes, customer complaints, and Brazilian Nota Fiscal;
- Advanced/fluent English for daily interaction with global teams;
- Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant and with OTC (order-to-cash) processes;
- Expertise in developing and proposing strategic solutions that meet business area needs;
- Ability to ensure integration between departments, aligning workflows to drive process continuity and improvement;
- Hands-on experience with migrations and rollouts in S/4HANA;
- Familiarity with SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments;
- Experience in international projects and working with multicultural teams.
