Área: Tecnologia da Informação

Nível: Gerente

At Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)®, we are building the future of identity and access management. Just as we lead the global market with our PAM, IAM, and DSM products, we are assembling an elite squad to build an innovative, stealth security product from scratch.

We’re not looking for a traditional people manager. We’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who leads by example, technical excellence, and an unshakeable drive to ship value — inspiring their team to do the same.

Our Vision on Engineering & AI: The game has changed. Tools like Claude Code and Codex aren’t just assistants; they are the new baseline. We don't write every line of code manually anymore. Most of our intellectual effort goes into architecture decisions and Spec Driven Design (SDD). You will act as the conductor: defining specs, orchestrating AI agents, and taking ownership of the judgment, safety, and final review.

If you're proactive, take ownership of what you build, and care more about real results than buzzwords, you'll feel at home here.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example (Hands-On): Act as the technical beacon for a lean, high-performing squad (PO, QA, 1–2 Engineers), guiding day-to-day execution and delivery speed.

  • Drive Spec-Driven Design (SDD): Spend significant time crafting unambiguous technical specs, API contracts (OpenAPI, gRPC/Protobuf), and system behavior documents that feed both AI agents and engineers.

  • Orchestrate AI-Assisted Development: Use AI agents (Claude Code, Codex) as your primary leverage to build full-stack features, maintaining high quality because you know exactly what to verify.

  • Design Resilient Architecture & Defensive Security: Make solid engineering decisions for distributed systems using clean architectural patterns (Hexagonal, Ports & Adapters), ensuring the product is secure by design.

  • Enforce Continuous Quality: Drive a rigorous automated testing strategy (Unit, Integration, E2E) to validate code continuously — whether written by humans or generated by AI.

  • Leverage Platform Infrastructure: Build cloud-native software ready to consume our internal platform services (GKE, Istio, OPA, Flux v2, GitLab CI) without needing to manage the underlying infrastructure yourself.

  • Mentor and Unblock Engineers: Pair with, review, and elevate the 1–2 developers on your team through code reviews that teach and clear technical paths.

Requirements

  • Language Agnostic Engineering Fundamentals: Strong background in computer science fundamentals, design patterns, and distributed systems — ready to adapt to our stack (Go, React, Postgres) smoothly.

  • AI-First Mindset & Daily Practice: Practical, daily experience using autonomous coding agents and LLM tools in your real development workflow.

  • Architectural Excellence: Hands-on mastery of decoupled, testable architectures (Clean Architecture, Hexagonal / Ports & Adapters) and Spec-Driven Design.

  • Defensive Development & Security Mindset: Deep understanding of software security concepts, building systems that proactively handle hostile environments and edge failures.

  • Testing Culture & Rigor: High proficiency in designing complete automated test suites (Unit, Integration, E2E) for continuous delivery.

  • Cloud-Native Awareness: Strong comprehension of how microservices operate in containerized environments (Kubernetes, service meshes, sidecars, configuration injection).

  • Proven Hands-On Leadership: Track record of leading small engineering teams through technical execution, code reviews, and architectural guidance.

  • English Proficiency: Advanced technical writing and speaking skills to communicate decisions and collaborate clearly.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with Go, React, PostgreSQL, and gRPC/Protobuf.

  • Familiarity with cloud-native tooling such as Istio, Open Policy Agent (OPA), Keycloak, or Flux v2.

  • Prior experience building early-stage or greenfield products from zero to production (0 to 1).

  • Domain knowledge in Identity & Access Management (IAM), PAM, or cybersecurity.

  • Public technical contributions (Open Source, articles, talks, GitHub projects)
