We are seeking a Senior SSO Migration Engineer to lead the move of enterprise Single Sign-On services from Okta to Microsoft Entra ID. You will partner with security and application stakeholders to design, execute, and support a low-disruption migration—apply now to help modernize our identity platform.
Responsibilities
- Plan the end-to-end migration of SSO configurations, applications, and user access from Okta to Entra ID
- Design migration approaches per application based on current Okta integrations and target Entra ID patterns
- Coordinate with application owners, security teams, and stakeholders to align scope, timelines, and cutover plans
- Configure Entra ID integrations using SAML and OpenID Connect and validate OAuth-based flows as needed
- Test authentication and authorization behavior to ensure parity and minimize disruption during cutover
- Troubleshoot SSO and provisioning issues during and after migration and drive resolution to closure
- Create and maintain migration documentation, runbooks, and support materials
- Deliver knowledge transfer and training to internal teams on Entra ID SSO administration
Requirements
- 3+ years of identity and access management (IAM) experience in enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Okta Workforce Identity and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for SSO and application integrations
- Proven experience planning and delivering SSO migration projects from Okta to Entra ID
- Strong protocol knowledge of SAML, OpenID Connect, and OAuth for authentication and authorization flows
- Strong troubleshooting skills for authentication, authorization, and user provisioning issues
- Strong communication skills for working with application owners and security stakeholders
- Strong documentation skills for creating runbooks and support materials
- English proficiency: B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
- Upper-Intermediate English communication skills for cross-team collaboration
