We are looking for a Senior Total Rewards Analyst (Compensation & Benefits) to join our People team and play a key role in shaping and evolving our global compensation and benefits practices!

This position will act as the focal point for Compensation and Benefits, supporting the development, implementation and continuous improvement of our Total Rewards strategy. The role is responsible for ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness and alignment with business growth, contributing directly to talent attraction, retention and engagement.

As a global cybersecurity company in a scale-up growth stage, this professional will also help structure and strengthen compensation practices that support our international expansion.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create core Compensation and Benefits practices and processes from the ground up, playing a key role in how we structure Total Rewards across the company.

  • Design the company’s Job Architecture and Salary Structure (PCS), defining job levels and pay ranges aligned with the market.

  • Develop variable compensation programs such as Bonus, PLR, and Commercial Incentive Plans, based on goals and performance metrics.

  • Define the company’s Benefits strategy, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with employees’ needs.

  • Create reports and metrics for Compensation and Benefits, using descriptive statistics and data analysis to support decision-making.

  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure fair and competitive pay practices.

  • Support annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, merit adjustments, and promotions.

  • Document Compensation and Benefits policies and procedures to ensure clarity and transparency.

  • Improve processes continuously, proposing simple and scalable solutions that align with business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or related fields.

  • Solid experience in Compensation and Benefits / Total Rewards, preferably in dynamic or fast-growing environments.

  • Experience in structuring compensation frameworks, job architecture, and variable pay programs.

  • Analytical mindset with understanding of basic descriptive statistics applied to compensation analysis.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Power BI or other data analysis tools are considered a plus).

  • Advanced English for communication in a global environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS companies.

  • Previous experience in building Total Rewards frameworks from scratch.

  • Experience supporting international or multi-country compensation structures.
