The Role
As an SEO Specialist, you will work closely with the Senior SEO Strategist to execute SEO strategies and improve search rankings, traffic, and conversions. You will be responsible for implementing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO tasks while ensuring best practices are followed. Your role is crucial in bringing our SEO strategies to life and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Page SEO Implementation: Optimize meta tags, headings, URLs, internal links, and content structure based on strategic recommendations.
- Technical SEO Execution: Implement SEO improvements such as schema markup, site speed enhancements, and Core Web Vitals optimizations.
- Google Business Profile (GBP) Management: Update and optimize GBP listings, ensuring local SEO best practices are applied.
- Content Optimization: Work with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly content, including keyword integration and formatting.
- Link Building Support: Assist in executing outreach campaigns and acquiring high-quality backlinks.
- SEO Audits & Fixes: Conduct routine audits, identify SEO issues, and implement corrective measures.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track keyword rankings, traffic, and other SEO KPIs, providing insights to the SEO Strategist.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience working with a senior-level SEO strategist.
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Search Atlas,Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
- Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
- Soft skills such as excellent communication skills in English, good analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
