We are searching for a Solution Architect to join our architecture team and lead the creation and delivery of advanced, enterprise-scale technology solutions. This position combines deep technical expertise, technology leadership, direct client engagement, and the development of thought leadership. The ideal candidate excels at designing resilient production systems, understands business operations, guides technical teams, and builds lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Convert business requirements and opportunities into practical technology solutions
- Direct a team of technology experts and take responsibility for the overall success of technology programs
- Serve as a technical advisor to client leaders and delivery teams
- Design and present solution architectures for enterprise platforms to stakeholders
- Utilize strong knowledge in Generative AI, cloud infrastructure, API development, integration methods, data management, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices
- Evaluate technology strategies and environments to ensure alignment with industry standards and business objectives
- Lead the selection of essential technologies and solution components
- Create and update technology program roadmaps
- Work closely with product, business, and engineering teams, ensuring accountability for the final outcome
- Generate and share thought leadership within your areas of expertise
- Maintain advanced proficiency in relevant technology domains
- Mentor engineers and architects, supporting the development of architectural standards and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, systems design, or solution architecture
- At least 2 years leading distributed teams of five or more in managerial roles
- Participation in at least two full project lifecycles or involvement in multiple projects across various development phases
- Hands-on experience in software development
- Experience implementing Generative AI technologies
- Proven ability to design scalable and reliable enterprise systems
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
- Experience in at least one business domain
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Experience in business sectors such as Life Sciences, Retail, Media & Entertainment, Fintech, or Travel & Hospitality
- Expertise in technology areas like eCommerce, content management, PIM/DAM, Martech & Loyalty, Search, or Agentic AI
- Hands-on experience with major cloud providers including GCP, Azure, or AWS
- Knowledge of composable and headless digital ecosystems
- Experience working with AI tools
- Certifications in cloud or architecture
- Experience mentoring architects or engineers and contributing to internal architecture practices
- Advanced technical education or research background
- Experience in public speaking or publishing whitepapers and articles on technology topics
