What you will do:
- Define and drive the global AI architecture strategy and roadmap, aligning AI initiatives with business objectives across digital payments and mobility solutions.
- Design and evolve enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions, including conversational assistants, agentic systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and orchestration frameworks.
- Lead the adoption of AI across the software development lifecycle, establishing reference architectures, standards and best practices for AI-assisted requirements analysis, design, development, testing, documentation and code reviews.
- Define and govern production AI architectures, including LLMOps/MLOps practices, model and prompt lifecycle management, evaluation frameworks, deployment strategies, monitoring, observability and AI FinOps.
- Establish Responsible AI principles and governance frameworks covering security, privacy, data protection, bias mitigation, human oversight, auditability and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate and select AI platforms, foundation models, vendors and technologies, defining reusable integration patterns and reference architectures.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to Global, Regional and Local architectural standards, security requirements and governance policies.
- Partner with engineering teams, architects and business stakeholders to accelerate AI adoption and maximize business value.
- Mentor technical teams, promote knowledge sharing and foster an AI-first culture across the organization.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to enhance products, engineering practices and customer experiences.
What we are looking for:
- Fluent English.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
- Solid experience in Solution Architecture, AI/ML Engineering or related technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience designing, delivering and scaling AI and Generative AI solutions in production environments.
- Deep expertise in LLMs and enterprise GenAI architectures, including RAG, agentic systems, vector databases, orchestration frameworks and evaluation methodologies.
- Experience defining and implementing LLMOps/MLOps practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, governance and lifecycle management for AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Claude Design or similar platforms.
- Strong software engineering background with advanced Python skills and the ability to prototype solutions, review code and guide engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, security, privacy and regulatory frameworks, including GDPR and the EU AI Act.
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and services, including Microsoft Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry and Databricks.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence distributed and multicultural teams.
Nice to have:
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related fields.
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise GenAI or agentic AI products.
- Experience in the payments, fintech or mobility industries.
- Familiarity with PCI DSS and other regulated-industry compliance requirements.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex or Semantic Kernel.
- Experience working in global or multinational organizations.
- French language skills.
