What you will do:
- Translate business needs into data-driven solutions, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Lead discovery and requirement gathering with an end-to-end perspective.
- Define and structure complex business rules ensuring traceability and auditability.
- Model AS-IS and TO-BE processes and data flows (ingestion, transformation, consumption).
- Write functional and non-functional requirements for Data Engineering teams.
- Act as a bridge between business, data, and technology.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization.
- Help structure the data landscape and data products.
- Define and support testing strategies (data and rule validation).
- Support bug analysis and resolution.
- Track roadmap and delivery evolution.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate communication across teams.
What we are looking for:
- Fluent English.
- Solid experience as a BSA/BA focused on data and analytics.
- Experience with end-to-end process modeling (AS-IS / TO-BE).
- Experience defining complex data-driven business rules.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience writing functional and non-functional data requirements.
- Knowledge of data flows (ingestion, transformation, consumption).
- Understanding of data governance (traceability, quality, auditability).
- Experience with data validation and testing strategies.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.
Nice to have:
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Experience in supply chain or agribusiness.
- Experience with sustainability-related projects.
- Experience with data product structuring or data landscape organization.
