What you will do:
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, with a strong focus on Jenkins;
- Act as a key DevOps reference, supporting software engineering and data engineering teams;
- Automate processes using Python, Bash, and Shell scripting;
- Manage and support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes;
- Collaborate closely with international teams, especially those based in the United States;
- Work in a highly autonomous, self-managed team following the Kanban methodology;
- Interact with APIs using tools such as cURL for validation and integrations;
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency across DevOps processes;
- Take full ownership of DevOps deliveries, from design to production.
What we are looking for:
- Advanced or fluent English for daily communication (all meetings conducted in English);
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, primarily using Jenkins and Jenkins Pipelines;
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes;
- Proficiency in Git for version control;
- Experience with Linux scripting (Bash / Shell Script);
- Python as a core language for automation and integrations;
- Experience working in Agile environments, preferably using Kanban;
- Ability to manage multiple parallel demands with organization and accountability.
It will be a plus if you have:
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC);
- Knowledge of Terraform;
- Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration tools such as Ansible or similar;
- Previous exposure to mature, international, and highly collaborative technical environments.
