The team you will be a part of

This position will be part of our Logistics structure—the area responsible for the entire delivery strategy for the Brastemp and Consul brands, as well as spare parts throughout Brazil


This role in summary

This Sr. Manager role focuses on managing the entire e-commerce supply chain for our products—from website availability to last-mile delivery. Given the challenges of the e-commerce landscape, our goal is to ensure the best customer experience through timely delivery and the development of cutting-edge logistics management strategies.


Your responsibilities will include

Managing an average team of 45 employees, this role is responsible for building and executing network projects, technology integration, and partnering with Consumer Care to enhance the customer experience. This position also involves working closely with our D2C structure to enable the best logistics alternatives.

Your goal is to optimize operational efficiency, reduce shipping costs, and ensure an exceptional "unboxing" experience for our customers.


Minimum requirements

  • Last-Mile Excellence: Manage relationships with carriers and couriers to improve delivery speeds and reduce failed delivery rates.
  • Cost Management: Own the logistics budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings through contract negotiations and process automation.
  • Data-Driven Leadership: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), CPO (Cost Per Order), and Inventory Accuracy.
  • Reverse Logistics: Streamline the returns process to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient restocking.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Tech, and Customer Service teams to align logistics capabilities with promotional spikes (e.g., Black Friday).

Preferred skills and experiences

Knowledge of other business areas, such as taxes and tariffs, is a plus.

Experience in warehouse implementation management is a strong differentiator.


  • Experience:
    7+ years in logistics/supply chain, with at least 3 years specifically in a high-volume e-commerce environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Tech Savvy: Advanced knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERPs, and data visualization tools (like Tableau or PowerBI).
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and external vendors.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required for this role.
