What you will do:
- Proactive, self-sufficient, requires minimal supervision to fulfill job requirements;
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand requirements and provides technical input;
- Develops and maintains automation test suites in Cucumber, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress;
- Contributes to test planning and strategy development;
- Implements and executes test strategies according to project requirements;
- Leverages AI tools for test case generation, test data creation, and automation enhancement;
- Performs test automation across UI, backend, and API layers;
- Creates detailed documentation to support manual and automated testing efforts;
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and identifies potential technical impacts;
- Utilizes AI-powered testing tools for intelligent test maintenance and self-healing test scripts.
What we are looking for:
- Fluency in English (advanced/fluent), as you will be working with an international team.
- Solid automation experience with Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber, Selenium;
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience with AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, TestCraft, or similar AI-assisted testing platforms);
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts for test optimization, predictive analytics, and intelligent test selectio;
- Experience working in a Lean / Agile environment;
- Experience mentoring junior team members;
- Experience with Mobile testing frameworks is a plus (Appium, Perfecto or similar);
